Did you know that we can receive your wine shipments / orders and place them directly in your locker for you?
HOW IT WORKS
Provide our receiving address (located below) to whomever is sending you wine. Once your order is received, your box is inventoried (not opened but inventoried as a sealed box). Your shipment is then held at our receiving location at a perfect 57 degrees.
Depending on volume and time of year, once per month, twice per month, or more often, your shipment is transported via refrigerated truck to the WSM facility where you maintain your locker/room. A WSM owner will then meet the truck; open your locker/room; check your shipment against the inventory of boxes received; place your shipment in to your locker/ room; close and lock it up.
A WSM owner will then message you a confirmation that we placed your shipment in your locker/room.
You can have label photos taken upon receiving your shipment and sent to you via text (cost associated with this add-on).

SERVICE BREAKDOWN & COST
$10 per box received
Your first shipment received is free of charge.
There is no fee for new clients shipping their collection to WSM.
If you receive multiple boxes from one sender received on the same day, fee will be adjusted.
If you opt to have box label photos sent to you via text, there is a $2 fee per photo.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHIPMENT DOES NOT FIT IN YOUR LOCKER/ROOM?
Simple- We will offer you an additional locker if you have outgrown your current space. We can also repack the contents of your received shipping box into one of our WSM boxes for a $10 fee.
**** We have repacked hundreds of boxes; never broken a bottle, but we do not warranty against breakage if we need to unpack/repack.
